Info:: I too use the Internet to meet men.  I've been doing it for about a year now and have met many good and not so good people. My most recent encounter was one of the best I've had so far.  I'd met someone using one of the online dating sites and we hit it off immediately via email.  It then progressed to talking on the phone. We talked on the phone and sent emails everyday, we enjoyed each others company so much we decided to meet.  I flew to meet him and stayed at his place for 4 days.  He showed me sites, took me out for dinner, dancing and shopping.

He was the perfect gentleman and although we didn't have the chemistry to take our friendship farther, I had a wonderful time.  He told me before I left that he would pay for half of my trip and I thought because he'd paid for everything while I was there it was repayment enough.  While I was getting my boarding pass at the airport he slipped a card into my suitcase thanking me for coming and it had a $100 bill in it for half the plane fare.
