A new site on the web that's getting rave reviews at the moment is Who is He and Who is She.com. It's a web site set up with peoples' saftey in mind.
With more and more people meeting on the internet, stories of lies and deceipt are increasing. That's where Who is He and Who Is She.com come in. For a relatively small amount - around $75.00 - they will carry out background checks and personal profiles on the person you are thinking of dating or marrying.
It's run by a woman in Vista who understands these needs and who felt that with all the web sites currently available to people, there wasn't an awful lot that provided the kind of service she thought people needed.
