Subject: Internet Dating Nightmare
  I met a man  online. Thought it was unique that a person was online locally in my town. I had no interest in meeting people for relationship purposes anyway. At the time he was dating someone so I backed off. Then 3 months later he Instant messages me and says he wants to just see the person behind the computer screen. We meet and say goodbye. three days later I get a "we need to talk" note. He dumped his girlfriend. He pursued me something terrible. Relationship was very up and down for 19 months. Became engaged. THen I found out that each time we had a disagreement he would search for women on the internet to replace me. This man also advertised. I found this out recently when I found some of his email. This man who said he was committed to me, wasn't going anywhere, "I want you only" posted an ad on match.com, friend finders, and american singles. When I confronted him he said it was because he was lonely. He needed a woman to converse with. Then I find out he has been chatting by phone for months with several women. Guess he was keeping a back up. When we would break up, and I was at home in tears he was right out there immediately dating.
